“Obiter Dictum” is a literary anthology featuring artistic outputs of law students around the country. As part of the Legal Education Advance Program (LEAP)’s goal of advancing legal education in the Philippines, the creative portfolio highlights the various raison d'être of aspiring lawyers for staying in law school.

The best submissions of each literary and art category will be awarded a 15,000php prize. Moreover, all winners and other select entries will be published in the anthology which will be both printed and made available online.
